Vodka Martini

The Three Bottle Man DIY Martini experience offers over 190 variations of the martini are available. Guests start by choosing the preferred spirit – Archie Rose Gin or Archie Rose Vodka – followed by their choice of Regal Rogue Vermouth, be it dry, rosé, white or sweet vermouth.

White Dog Martini

Next comes a selection of bitters (Peychauds, Peach, Cherry, Old Fashioned) followed by one of six garnishes (lemon, olives, cucumber, orange, raspberry, apple). Once the selections are made, bartenders will do all the work, stirring the martini over ice for the right chill and dilution.

As Three Bottle Man is an all-Australian bar, if guests are feeling a little adventurous, other Australian spirits are available such as Australian Moonshine. Try it in a White Dog Martini with Regal Rogue Dry, old fashioned bitters and orange peel.
