Eleven bartenders competed, each was tasted with preparing a Signature Drink with the top four going into the Mystery Box Round. Natalie Ng came first, followed by Mischa Bonova in second place. Breanne Varney took out third spot and Natalie Fitz came in fourth.
The MITFI bartender competition was judged by , Talia Turton (NBCF Ambassador), Fiona Murray (Bacardi Lion) and Corinne Mossati (Gourmantic). The event raised over $4000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Bacardi Lion is hosting its third Mix It to Fix It, an all-female Cocktail Competition with Sydney’s best bartenders battling it out for the title of 2013 MITFI Champion.
Mix It to Fix It
The event raises funds for the prevention of Breast Cancer and I am more than proud to be one of the judges of this all-female competition. If you’d like to come along, tickets cost $25 and include entry to the event, 2 complimentary drinks & finger food. Men are most welcome.
