Cargo Bar Igloo Party

Cargo Bar has been transformed into a winter getaway where guests can enjoy winter-themed dishes and warming cocktails in the comfort of their own neon lit igloo.

The primed location allows guests dining in the igloos to also take in the beautiful harbourside surroundings and the vibrant colours of the city for Vivid.

Guests will be able to enjoy food and drinks in the comfort of their own private Igloo. The winter menu offers a twist on winter comfort food with:

  • Maple Fried Chicken Bites
  • Fried Salmon Sushi
  • Loaded Vegan Tacos
  • Peking Duck Waffle Fries
  • Striploin Shish Kebabs
  • Grazing Plate (including Macadamia ricotta, stuffed peppers, bocconcini, fig jam, crisp breads)

Cargo Bar Igloo

Additionally, the igloo package includes Cargo’s warm winter cocktails whereby each cocktail comes in their own thermo-warmer, keeping the cocktail warm and giving that authentic Eskimo feel. These winter warmers can be purchased in two sizes, small – serving 2 people, or large – serving 4 people. The warming cocktail options come in: 

  • Ginger Gin Tea 
  • Dirty Chai Martini
  • Spiced Pumpkin Hot Toddy
  • Hot Buttered Rum
  • Spiked Apple Pie

Igloo packages start from just $25pp, inclusive of warm winter cocktails and party food. Each igloo sits up to 8 people, with a minimum booking of 4. Warm winter cocktails (serving two people) are available from $28.

Cargo bar is located at 52-60 The Promenade, King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour.
