Print Room, a new wine and cocktail lounge located in the heart of Paddington’s fashion strip, The Intersection officially launched this week. Located above Durty Nelly’s pub, the venue in the heritage building has been revamped with an elegant refit and design by architects Alexander & Co.

Soft muted warm tones, off-pink ceilings and walls with overhanging chandeliers evoke a sense of romance and elegance. The space offers cosy corners in which to settle, sip and enjoy conversations.
The venue is owned by Leeroy Petersen, who also owns the traditional Irish pub below. His extensive hospitality experience includes Twisted Liquid flair bartending and special events for high profile clients.
Cocktails take a twist on classics with Sean Bosman running the bar. His experience spans Melbourne, Hong Kong and Dubai’s Okku restaurant. You’ll find tasty creations such as Chanel No 5, made with Bombay Gin mixed with coconut, butterscotch, fresh pressed coffee bean and kaffir lime leaf, and Paddington Bear with Jack Daniels honey touted to “make your heart melt and the person next to you more attractive”.
The wine list has been developed by Leeroy Petersen with his brother Brody Petersen, owner of Riley St Garage. Champagne, international and local wines feature on the list with some available by the glass.
Bar nibbles range from Rosemary Smoked Pork Crackling to antipasto, cheese and charcuterie boards and larger shares such as Crispy Duck Confit.
Elegant, glamorous and enchanting, the Print Room is set to become one of Sydney’s best loved venues.
