Taste of Sydney is back for 2016, running from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 March 2016 at the Brazilian Fields in Centennial Park.

With so much to cram into a four hour session, here are our Top Picks for Taste of Sydney 2016:

1. Opening Gala Night

Treat yourself to a VIP experience with fast track priority entry and $30 worth of Crowns to spend. You’ll also get an open bar, unlimited access to the Platinum Lounge with VIP Cloakroom and private bathrooms.

2. Restaurants

Our top 3 picks are Nel Restaurant, Salaryman, and Firedoor. Other restaurants include Kitchen By Mike, Thievery, Three Blue Ducks at The Farm, Biota Dining, MoVida, Porteno, Sake Restaurant & Bar, Otto, 4Fourteen and Kensington Street Social.

3. Izakaya Kakubin

Suntory Whisky Kakubin is bringing a little piece of Japan to Taste Festival through their Izakaya-style bar. Sit back and enjoy a Kakubin Highball, paired with delicious food offerings.

4. Bundaberg Distillatorium

Don’t miss this stunning mobile distillery experience with a premium self-contained bar and private tasting den of various expressions of Bundaberg rum.

5. Electrolux Chef’s Secrets

Experience an intimate cooking masterclass from renowned chefs including Peter Gilmore (Quay), Rob Cockerill (Bennelong), Colin Fassnidge (4Fourteen) or Nelly Robinson (nel.). Help them prepare one of their signature dishes then sit down at a communal table to
enjoy the meal with matched wines.

General Information

Six sessions will be held over four days as follows:

  • Thursday 10th March: 5.30pm – 10.00pm
  • Friday 11th March: 12.00pm – 4.00pm; 5.30pm – 10.00pm
  • Saturday 12th March: 12.00pm – 4.00pm; 5.30pm – 10.00pm
  • Sunday 13th March: 12.00pm – 5.00pm

Tickets are sold for each session and are only valid for the time and date indicated on the ticket. General entry tickets cost $30.59 per session at the door and allow entry onto the event. Crows are the official currency for food and beverages and can be purchased at the event where 1 Crown = 1 Dollar.

Taste of Sydney is located at Brazilian Fields in Centennial Park, near Loch Avenue and Dickens Drive.
