Eight sauces make up the range: Keralan Coconut Curry, Original Tikka Masala, Rustic Rogan Josh, Delicate Korma Curry, Mangalore Herb Curry, Spiced Spinach Curry, Punjabi Tomato Curry and Southern Pepper Curry.

The principle is simple. A variety of dishes can be created from the same main ingredients, be it poultry, meat, seafood or vegetables in just ten minutes. The sauces come in parts, a spice mix and the sauce.

To create a dish, you fry the spices first to release the aroma and flavour, add the sauce followed by the main ingredient and cook for ten minutes.

At the launch of The Spice Tailor range in Sydney, Anjum Anand demonstrated the ease with which an authentic dish can be prepared by cooking Keralan Coconut Curry with prawns before guests were seated to delicious Indian fare.
