The Port Darling Harbour

The Port, a new venue is opening this long weekend at Darling Harbour Foreshore.

The Port Darling Harbour

Located at the former Margaritaville site on the Harbourside Shopping Centre foreshore, the 1,050 capacity venue is set to bring a chic, French coastal vibe with a contemporary design, to transport visitors to a summer oasis with water views and harbour front cabanas.

Opening daily from 10 am, start the day with a Will & Co Coffee and pastry or come for a relaxed lunch by the water. The menu includes Sourdough Flat Breads with  toppings (from $20), Raw & Cured such as Hiramasa Kingfish Sashimi with pickled ginger, soy and wasabi ($26), Charcuterie ($32) and Seafood Sampling Boards ($60). More substantial items include Pork Short Ribs with smoked barbecue sauce ($33).

Cocktails include the St Barts Sour ($16) with Disaronno, Makers Mark Whiskey, egg white, lemon Juice and black pepper, and the Smoked Sea Salt Margarita ($16), with Patron Silver lime juice, pineapple, agave nectar, smoked sea salt and a pinch of paprika (16). There are jugs to share, a tailored list of wines by the bottle and glass and a bunch of craft beers both bottled and on tap including local brews from Young Henry’s and Stone & Wood Brewing Co.

You can also reserve a cabana with bottle service by your own private host and a chef’s selection of canapés.
