One of the highlights of the event was the stunning Galliano Bar where delicious cocktails were prepared by the bar team from Sweet & Chilli using Galliano Vanilla and Galliano Ristretto.

Galliano Vanilla takes the herbal and spice notes of Galliano Autentico, the original Galliano liqueur but with a stronger vanilla flavour. Galliano Ristretto is an espresso liqueur made using strong, bitter Robusta beans from Kenya and India blended with the creamy chocolate Arabica coffee beans from Brazil and Colombia.

Below are the cocktail recipes which can be easily replicated at home.
