Sydney Food and Wine Fair 2011: AIDS Trust of Australia – Crave Sydney

Hyde Park played host to the 21st Sydney Food and Wine Fair 2011, a fund raiser event by the AIDS Trust of Australia. While the number of stalls were down on the previous year, those that participated were enjoying themselves. There were food and wine stalls from Restaurant Atelier, Brasserie Bread, Jimmy Liks, Lisa McGuigan, Giesen and more who generously donated time to support the good work of the Trust.

A sheet of 5 coupons at $20 could get you a main meal and a water/soft drink. Although the event ran from 12pm to 5pm, the Food was served between 11:30-2:30pm while entertainment, which included Café of The Gate of Salvation, continued until 5pm. A few stalls sold out fast.
