Wild Turkey Bourbon is inviting Sydney-siders to embrace the Spirit of the Wild and experience the great outdoors right in the heart of the city at a secret location.
Spirit of the Wild, a bespoke watering hole by Wild Turkey takes inspiration from the wilderness surrounding Sydney and provides a hidden oasis where Sydney-siders can escape the hubbub of the city and reconnect with the outdoors.
Hosted and curated by the team behind Old Mate’s Place, the experience takes guests on a sensory adventure in sight, smell, and taste. Once they have made their way through the entrance, guests will be seated around a fire-pit hand-crafted by renowned sculptor Dion Horstmans.
Inspired by the flavours of Wild Turkey is, the 2-course menu is curated by the chefs behind Continental Deli and is served with a touch of nostalgia, reminiscent of meals around the camp fire.
Each dish is served alongside Wild Turkey cocktails by Old Mate’s Place co-owners Andres Walters and Daniel Noble. The cocktails include Australian native ingredients and come presented in different ways from bamboo cups to hip flasks.

Bloodwood Honey & Truffle Old Fashion – Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Bloodwood honey, Eucalyptus bitters and salted truffle
Peppery Australian Beef Bourguignon served in cans
The hidden oasis will be open every Tuesday to Saturday night for 4 weeks running from Saturday 14 July at a secret location. Tickets cost $69 and bookings are essential.
