New Year’s Eve Under the Stars

This New Year’s Eve, welcome 2015 in style at the inaugural New Year’s Eve Under the Stars.

Hosted by the Trippas White Group, the event is held at the Tarpeian Way North at the Royal Botanic Gardens adjacent to Bennelong lawn. With uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, this is the ultimate vantage point to watch the 9pm and midnight fireworks.

The all-inclusive event comes with a premium food and beverage offering. Beverages include Angullong wines (Pinot Chardonnay NV Sparkling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Merlot), Heineken, Hahn Premium Light, cocktails, soft drinks and bottled water.

The food menu delights with Scallop & shiitake dumplings, bbq pork bun; Cape Hawk natural oysters; Peking duck or vermicelli rice paper roll, bean sprout, herb & fried shallot salad; Leek, feta, tomato tart, snow pea & watercress salad; Poached prawn roll, fennel, pickled watermelon & kewpie mayo; Spiced beef empanada, eggplant chutney; Moroccan chickpea, tomato & mint salad, WA goats curd & harissa dressing.

A DJ will spin tunes which will be synchronised with the 2Day FM broadcast for the fireworks. The strictly 18+ event is free seating so bring picnic blankets and relax on the lawn.
