After a much anticipated wait, Bruce the Butcher has arrived to Clovelly. Selling a range of gourmet meats, including goat and duck, this little shop that went up overnight is sure to be a huge hit with the locals.

And so is the new Café Piccolo. Conveniently located next to the butcher shop, this little gem in Sydney’s eastern suburbs is sure to draw the yummy mummy crowds during the day.

But take a close look, as things are not what they seem.

Much like the time Coogee Beach was transformed into the French Riviera, the tiny strip along Clovelly Road had an overnight makeover.

Traffic was redirected as camera crew set up to film a commercial for St George Bank.

It’s a lovely spot, isn’t it… Must remember to take a snorkel there one day!

  • Ha ha ha…the dragon is great! I never would have known that the street was transformed for a commercial…although the dragon had me thinking it was quite an “interesting” neighborhood – to say the least 🙂
