Australian Lamb is partnering with Three Blue Ducks and Rocker Chef Darren Robertson to launch The Workchop, a unique cooking
masterclass that will bring Sydneysiders together to learn how make the ultimate Easter lunch – an Aussie lamb roast.

Held on the Saturday 21 of March at Studio Neon in Alexandria, Darren Robertson will teach guests how to make a delicious Lamb Rump Roast with Citrus Carrots and Pepita Pesto.

Last Easter, ‘roast lamb’ was the most popular search term on the Australian Lamb website, so this year Darren wants to teach Aussies the skills they need to cook and share a lamb meal over Easter.

All proceeds from the $25 ticket will be donated to food charity OzHarvest to support people in need, with every $1 donated enabling them to deliver two meals.

Darren says “For me, Easter is all about getting together with family and what better way to do that, than with a lamb roast. At The Workchop, I can’t wait to show Aussies how easy it is to cook a roast and get together around the table – and all for such a great cause!”.

Attendees will purchase tickets in pairs and the session will begin with a demo from Darren, where guests will then cook their lamb dish and come together to enjoy the lunch over some good conversation (and wine!). Guests will go home with the recipe, tips and tricks and lamb cut to cook at home.
