During World Class Cocktail Week, Icebergs in Bondi will be offering a tasting menu with matching cocktails.
The menu features six dishes, ranging from smaller appetisers to mains and two types of dessert, paired with a choice of three cocktails to accompany the dishes. The drinks feature Don Julio Reposado tequila, Tanqueray gin and Bulleit Rye whisky, as well as a twist on the classic Sgroppino made with Prosecco and Ciroc vodka.
Tuna canapés on toast will be served along with No 424, a good measure of Don Julio Reposado Tequila with Verdita made of Pineapple, Mint, Coriander, Chilli & Lime. Here’s a preview of the dishes that will be served at the table:
Marinated High Valley Fetta, Warm Croutons, Marjoram and Lemon
Roasted Beetroots, Radicchio, Horseradish and Foie Gras
Organic Randall Family Risotto with Crystal Bay Prawn, Saffron and Nasturtium
No 231- Tanqueray Gin, Noilly Prat Vermouth and Saffron Infused Cocktail Onions
Grilled Boneless Rib, Fermented Chili Mustard, Kipfler Potato and Olive
No 564- Bulleit Rye, Dom Benedictine, Carpano Antica Formula, La Fee Absinthe and Peychaud’s Bitters

Icebergs X World Class Cocktail Week runs from Sun 7th May, 2017 to Sat 13th May, 2017. Cost of the tasting menu is $120 pp with all 3 matching cocktails at an additional $65 pp.
