Taste of Sydney festival guests were in for a treat with a pop-up version of Eau de Vie bar of Darlinghurst.

The replica of the world class bar had the bar team serving up signature cocktails led by Max Greco with Ketel One National Brand Ambassador, David Beatty.

Five cocktails were on offer including, The Mesha, Eau-de-Vie’s number one selling cocktail from 2011, the popular Yuzu Mule, East Side Peach, The Kensington and the Windhill Punch.

Ketel One vodka also unveiled Ketel One Bar Tours hosted by Alex Adams of Secret Foodies (Ms Darlinghurst) and Simon McGoram (Booze Braggart). The tours will be a sophisticated way to discover Sydney’s small bars and learn about the city’s bar culture.
