Dante NYC is Coming to Rockpool

Dante NYC, currently rated at #9 in The World’s 50 Best Bars is taking up residency at Rockpool with a series of events in Sydney.

Dante NYC Comes To Rockpool

Chef Neil Perry AM and his former Rockpool bar manager Linden Pride (now co-owner of Dante NYC) are combining their passion in a collaboration celebrating 20 years of friendship and working history.

Dante is taking a week-long residency with a series of events to showcase why this historic restaurant bar located in Greenwich Village has been crowned New York’s Best Negroni, Favourite Bar in NYC and Winner Best Bar in NYC and America by the likes of New York Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler and Time Out to name a few.

For one week only, join Neil and Linden as they work together once more to present the very best of Dante and Rockpool.

OPENING PARTY

WHAT: Enjoy flowing Dante signature cocktails and delicious food paired by Rockpool with music and entertainment by DJ Andrew Levins.

MARTINI HOUR

WHAT: The world’s most iconic cocktail with a Dante spin. Novice Martini drinkers and connoisseurs will savour Dante’s modern twists to the classic drink.

NEGRONI SESSIONS & SUMMER OF SPRITZ

WHAT: Paying homage with a respectful nod to the European tradition of Aperitivo, it’s your opportunity to sample Dante’s signature menu of variations to the classic Negroni. Enjoy Dante’s creative spin on the classic Aperol Spitz offering a diverse range of Spritzes created for one purpose, the celebration of Summer.
