Argentine Experience: Tango, Wine and Rugby

An evening of Argentine Experience was held at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Sydney on the occasion of the upcoming rugby game between the Wallabies and the Pumas in the 2012 Rugby Championships.

Guests enjoyed a celebration of tango and wine, with varietals such as Torrontes and Malbec flowing throughout the elegant soirée.  The Ambassador of the Argentine Republic, HE Mr Pedro Villagra Delgado was in attendance as well as other dignitaries such as Enrique Edgardo “Topo” Rodriguez, Argentina-born former international rugby union player who represented both the Pumas and the Wallabies and Michael Hawker, President of the Australian Rugby Union.

The Wallabies and Pumas game will take place on the evening of Saturday 15 September 2012 on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
