First up was Peter Hollands (The Gresham, Qld) with The Treaty Of Paris, inspired by the Franco-Cuban relations during an age of decadence.

Next was Igor Pachi from Assembly Bar in Sydney with El Pasaporte, his travellers’ cocktail and the new taste of freedom before Andrew Bennett from The Classroom, WA delivered his cocktail, The Seventh Art, inspired by Cuba’s rich cinematic history.
