All Hands Brewing House at King Street Wharf has undergone a full renovation and redesign, including installation of a new state of the art brewery.
Occupying the site of the old King St Brewhouse, All Hands Brewing House (A.H.B.H.) draws inspiration from the history and tradition of the King St docks, whilst celebrating the art of contemporary brewing and modern dining. The redesign of the venue was 2 years in the planning and took 7 months to build. The interior was completely stripped back to a concrete shell and included moving the location of the brewery, kitchen, bars and the bathrooms.
Scottish born Group Executive Chef Graeme McLaughlin brings with him thirty years of professional cooking experience including experience at many acclaimed Australian restaurants under renowned chefs, including Bilsons in Sydney under the guidance of Guillaume Brahimi, Quay, Guillaume@Bennelong and Tetsuya’s.
The venue features a menu with a focus on Southern style comfort food and ocean fresh seafood, the Engine Room; a specialised beer tasting room with exclusive views of the microbrewery, the Brewery Room which holds up to 350 standing and the best beer garden on the wharf.
Head Brewer Sam Clayman crafts all of the beer in-house including Cream Pale Ale, Gold Medal-winning Stout, and the Bunny Hop Lager, a worldly classic, to name a few. During the rebirth of the King St venue as the new All Hands Brewing House, Sam worked closely with architects, planners and builders to design and install the new state-of-the-art brewery.
All Hands Brewing House is open daily from 11 am till late.
