Project Botanicals Returns to Sydney at Botanic Gardens Restaurant

Bombay Sapphire gin is bringing Project Botanicals back to Sydney in March 2017 with a series of immersive pop up experiences at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant.

 Project Botanicals

Project Botanicals will bring to life the ten botanicals of Bombay Sapphire gin through ten cocktail and food pairings as well as providing inspiration for food and drink lovers to follow suit when entertaining at home.

Start the evening getting acquainted with all ten botanicals via interactive sensory installations to discover what flavours you prefer. Furthermore, interactive labs on each table will enable you to add your own botanicals to your cocktails and dishes.

Project Botanicals Menu Highlights

The menu pays tribute to each of the ten botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire gin with tapas-style dishes created by Botanic Gardens Restaurant head chef, Matt Fletcher, paired with cocktails from The Rook’s Cristiano Beretta, The Barbershop’s David Nguyen-Luu, 360 Bar and Dining’s Guillermo Arnal-M, and Bombay Sapphire Australian Brand Ambassador, Sean Forsyth.
