Australian Bartender magazine’s annual Bar Awards took place last night at Doltone House with over 600 of Australia’s finest bar professionals in attendance. Dubbed as the “Oscars of the bar industry”, the “roaring twenties” themed evening also wrapped up Sydney Bar Week events.
