The World Class Cocktail Competition national finals will be held this Tuesday 12th June 2012 at Sokyo at The Star. And you can be part of it.
The competition will see the top ten bartenders from across the country face the challenge of creating cocktails to match a contemporary 5 course degustation Japanese menu, designed by Sokyo’s head chef Chase Kojima.
