WHAT’S ON: Mother’s Day at The Deck with Champagne Laurent-Perrier

This Mother’s Day, why not treat your mum to a special set lunch at The Deck Restaurant in Luna Park with water views spanning the Opera House to the Botanical Gardens.

Start with an entrée sampler plate which includes confit duck croquette, wild mushroom tartlet and king crab as she sips on Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut ($95 bottle & $20 a glass). Choose a main from grilled high country pork cutlet, pan fried barramundi fillet or piperade risotto, and finish with a dessert plate of passionfruit tart, caramel parfait and dark chocolate macaron with orange curd.
