Vine Double Bay Origins Dinner Series

Vine in Double Bay has launched a series of chef collaboration dinners where over the next few months, Executive Chef Drew Bolton, will be partnering with some of Sydney’s finest chefs to create one-night-only dining experiences.

The Origins Dinner Series is inspired by Drew’s upbringing in the beautiful Blue Mountains region and the local produce. He will partner with one chef a month over the coming months to create a menu that combines inspirations by both chefs’ origins.

The line up includes ex noma Australia chef Elijah Holland (EJ), chef Danny Russo, ex-Aria chef Roy Ner, and chef Kumar Mahadevan.

Wines from De Beaurepaire Wines will compliment each dinner. The family owned single-estate producer of French style wines sources their grapes from an estate in the hills above Rylstone in limestone-rich, alkaline soils and growing conditions nearly identical to Champagne and Burgundy in France.

The launch event was a mere teaser of things to come with innovative dishes, personal stories and big flavours so you wouldn’t want to miss the dinners. The first dinner event will be held at the end of July by Drew and EJ.

The dinners will be held at Vine in Double Bay once a month from July until November. Bookings will be open at least 3 weeks before each dinner. Call (02) 9363 0010 or email info@vinedoublebay.com.
