The Barber Shop Barangaroo

The Barber Shop has launched its second location at The Streets of Barangaroo. With a nostalgic feel and a turntable ready for DJ duties, this is the home for men to be pampered and to unwind.

Mikey Enright, Director of The Barber Shop, has created a space that looks back to the heritage of the barbershop with framed vintage sports photos, vintage cigarette cards and curios adding to the feel. This oasis to escape the bedlam of business will have as its soundtrack, the hum of the electric trimmers, the snip of the scissors and the beats of the turntable.

Like its older sibling in the CBD, the new location at Barangaroo offers a tailored and intimate barber shop experience using vintage barber tools offering from trims to haircuts, hot towel shaves and beard trimming by barbers from the original The Barber Shop on York St. These services for the hirsute and those who like to keep stylishly trimmed can also be enjoyed as part of a gift package that includes a Balvenie cocktail.

There is a table where friends can await their turn by these artisans of the hair and enjoy a libation from the drinks list of The Barber Shop Barangaroo. On offer are bottled cocktails, a solid selection of gin and whisk(e)y, including Australian spirits, with hand-cut ice available and of course, craft beer.

The Barber Shop Barangaroo is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with weekend operating times coming soon.
