The AU Review celebrated their 4th Birthday with a Beatles-themed party at the Oxford Art Factory in Darlinghurst on Friday 3 August 2012.

You say goodbye and I say hello read the invitation but with an enthusiastic audience it really was All you need is love. Twenty eight musicians, including members of Anthony Hughes’ Band, Cameras, City Riots, Deep Sea Arcade, Guineafowl, Lime Cordiale, Regular John and  Winter People recreated the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour plus more and really “took you away”.

The birthday cake by Veronica Haynes was an edible representation of the Magical Mystery Tour bus along Penny Lane through Strawberry Fields while being watched by the Fool on the Hill, of course.
