New head sommelier, Gustavo Kroneis ex Pony Dining, Steel Bar & Grill and The Cut Bar & Grill, has introduced a new and extensive wine list which will feature a rotating selection of exciting boutique wines with organic and biodynamic options.

Champagne still features on the wine list with a focus on some of the best grower champagne with over 30 champagnes by the bottle and six by the glass, such as Lallier Blanc de Blanc and Mailly Blanc de Noirs.

The new menu includes beef tartare with smoked paprika, and toast ($24), beef cheek with cabbage and mustard verde ($28) and poached salmon with rocket, tomato, olives and Kipfler potatoes ($18).
