Happiness Hours by Kansas City Shuffle

Kansas City Shuffle is opening Happiness Hours, a Bruce Lee inspired dumpling and beer pop up right next door to its premises in The Rocks.

Taking inspiration from Bruce Lee, the kitsch pop up will have a retro Chinese restaurant fitout – think lanterns, Bruce Lee figurines and lucky cat – all designed to invite casual and fun dining.

The food menu is a collection of steamed dumplings ($10 for 4) and pork buns ($10 for 3) as well as vegetarian and chicken spring rolls ($10 each). Beer on tap is provided by Young Henry’s craft beer with Natural lager, Newtowner and Cloudy cider as well as other drinks available at the bar. From 5 to 6pm, dumplings are available for $1 each but must be ordered in a set of 4.

The Bruce Lee inspired pop up starts on Wednesday, March 16 and runs for 12 weeks every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-7pm.
