Updated Nov 2013 – Bullion Bar has relaunched as a Moet & Chandon pop up from Wednesday 12 November 2013.
Bullion Bar with Veuve Clicquot champagne is set to open at The Mint in Sydney’s CBD on Wednesday, 2 October 2013. Located in the former Bullion Office and grounds, the pop-up will run from Wednesday to Friday, from 3pm-9pm until November.
Sit at the venue’s intimate indoor bar or under branded umbrellas in the al fresco section as you sip on Veuve Clicquot champagne, from Yellow Label Brut ($22 a glass) to Vintage GB ($25 a glass). There are wines from Cape Mentelle and Domaine de Chandon as well as beer and soft drinks. A light food menu designed by The Mint’s chef, Brad Jones includes beetroot-cured ocean trout with horseradish cream ($16) and pulled pork sliders with apple coleslaw ($15).
Bullion Bar is presented by the Trippas White Group and is available for exclusive hire for events of up to 40 guests. The Vault section offers a more intimate experience with drink and dinner packages suitable for 10-16 people.
With upbeat tunes drowning out the traffic, elegant interiors and the flow of champagne, Bullion Bar is an ideal spot for a leisurely afternoon of sipping.
