From the city to the surf, Bottoms Up, Sydney is available at 37 Merivale destinations, providing the perfect start to any evening. The 49% offer applies to all drinks up to the value of $200 and allows guests to experience the group’s extensive drinks portfolio, expertly curated by Merivale’s world-class team – from rare whiskeys at J&M to cocktail pitchers on Coogee Rooftop, crisp whites at The Newport, shiraz at Felix bar, champagne at Hemmesphere, Negronis at Palmer & Co and beers on tap at Queens Hotel.

Merivale partners Lion, Pernod Ricard Australia, Moet Hennessy Australia and Diageo will also introduce a series of special offers and experiences throughout the month. Bottoms Up, Sydney marks ten years from the first March into Merivale, a concept that was created to encourage people to get out and enjoy Sydney in the throes of the global financial crisis.
