1. Bennelong Bar

2. Henry Deane Hotel Palisade

3. Coogee Pavilion Rooftop

4. Gin & It

No prizes for guessing what is served at Gin & It from its shipping container home in Barangaroo. Enjoy the late afternoon rays from over the water in this al fresco bar with its huge gin collection and bottled cocktails. More about Gin & It here.

5. Opera Bar

6. Blu Bar on 36

7. Junk Lounge

8. The Bucket List

9. O Bar and Dining
