ABC delicious Produce Awards 2014 Winners

The ninth ABC delicious. Produce Awards were held last night at Kitchen by Mike with renowned chefs, producers and food industry leaders in attendance. The awards celebrate the country’s most outstanding ingredients, inspiring small and sustainable producers, farmers’ markets, innovators, regional chefs and more.

The awards are the product of readers’ nominations and the panel of national chef judges, Christine Manfield, Maggie Beer, Matt Moran, Alla Wolf-Tasker, Guillaume Brahimi and Shannon Bennett as well as industry experts.

Guests enjoyed canapés that showcased some of the winners and finalists, as well as Brown Brothers Wines, 666 Tasmanian Vodka and Rocks Brewing beer before the winners in each category were announced by host Simon Marnie.
