For five days, Westfield Sydney played host to the Champagne Cube by Pommery. Located in the luxury precinct on Level 3, the sleek and minimalist pop up bar featured the Pommery colours of silver, blue and white with a glimmering centrepiece of silver baubles.
The Champagne Cube by Pommery
Cameron Harris, Managing Director, Vranken-Pommery
The opportunity to relax and enjoy a sparkling flute of champagne amidst luxurious boutiques was too good to miss, especially on the closing night.
We start with the Pommery Brut Royal NV, made with equal parts of Chardonnay, Pinoit Noir and Pinot Meunier. This is a classic Pommery style of champagne, light and fresh with a fruity finish – easy to drink on any occasion.
Pommery Wintertime Blanc de Noirs
We are treated to a special glass of the Pommery Wintertime Blanc de Noirs, part of the four seasons range. Made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier, this is a richer style of wine with a lighter finish that expected from a Blanc de Noirs.

How incredible! I want one of these pop-ups!! I might have to talk to Champagne Jayne!!!
Nothing like a temporary bar and great Champagne!
Really stylish I like it a lot!
They’ve made it look classy with the Pommery colours – very nice sitting there with a flute of bubbles!
Beautiful! I think they have so cleverly used neon lighting in such an elegant way to make this place look so classy. This champagne tastes really good with those nutty aromas 🙂
It was a great opportunity to try the Bland de Noirs, almost as a farewell tribute to the cube!
This is one fancy schmancy pop up indeed. Looks like you had a blast!
Great times and bubbles in wonderful company!
Wow, I must say that’s a pretty impressive set up for a Pop-up.
I hope they bring it back with more champagnes!
