At the private launch event, guests were treated to a gin hot punch on arrival and as a special treat, a delicious Spiced Gin & It was served from a 6L bottle while former Barber Shop Acid Jazz band played Portishead and Massive Attack tracks.

Cocktails at Gin & It are prepared fresh daily using the best ingredients and spirits and bottled for ease of service at the popular bar.

From the Seasonal Fruit Collection, the Quince and Ginger ($18) has winter flavours all over it with Four Pillars Gin infused with Quince, Regal Rogue Bianco, Yellow Chartreuse, Apple, Lemon, Ginger, Cider and Mineral Water. The Mandarin and Tonic ($17) with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Becherovka, Mandarin, Lemon, Spiced syrup and Fever Tree Tonic delivers warm, spicy and fruity notes.

From the Tea Based Collection, comes the Sage and Basil Tea ($18) made with Hendricks Gin, Ilegal Mezcal Joven, Nashi Pear, Lemon, Basil and Sage Tea and the Green and Kiwi Tea ($18) combines Smoked Bombay Sapphire with Luxardo, Honey, Lemon, Kiwi and Green Tea.

The Classic Cocktail Collection includes the bar’s namesake, Gin & It, Aviation cocktail, and Corpse Reviver No.2.

Gin & It pop up runs until 31 August 2016 so don’t miss out on enjoying winter libations by the waterside.
