Gauchito Gil’s Malbec World Day

Gauchito Gil’s Malbec World Day is coming to Sydney for the first time on Saturday, April 23 2016. Running from 1pm to 6pm at Cell Block Theatre, National Art School, Forbes Street, Darlinghurst, there’s plenty of Malbec to go around. Join in the live tango dancing and enjoy a traditional Argentinian feast by Porteño including empanadas. Tickets cost $50 per person and includes a Plumm RED wine glass (valued at $30) and all the wines on tasting.

The Morrison Crab Carnival

The Morrison’s 2016 Annual Crab Carnival is back, running from 25th March to 22nd April with a host of crabalicious activities at The Morrison & Oyster Room- 225 George Street, Sydney. Highlights include Steam Pot Thursdays, Crab & Lettuce Taco Happy Hour – between 6-7pm and Hermit Crab Racing. More details about the Morrison Crab Carnival here.

Whisky Live 2016

Whisky Live in back for 2016 running over two days on 8 and 9 April at InterContinental Sydney, 117 Macquarie Street, near Circular Quay. Three sessions will be held as follows: Friday 8th April – 6pm – 9.30pm;  Saturday 9th April – 1pm – 4.30pm; Saturday 9th April – 6pm – 9.30pm.

Whisky Live also includes The Rare & Old Whisky Bar where you can buy rare whiskies at sample sizes. Tickets are $99 per person and include all the whiskies for sampling, an assortment of food to graze on during the event, Whisky Catalogue and Whisky Glass to keep.
