Pop ups have become synonymous with Sydney summer so we’ve rounded up the Hottest Summer Pop Ups of 2016, presented below in no particular order.
1. Bennelong Balcony Bar
What could be more decadent than sipping on cocktails at the Sydney Opera House’s private balcony. The Bennelong Balcony runs until January 31, 2016 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from midday until late. More information about Bennelong Balcony here.
2. Gin & It at Barangaroo
Part of Wulugul pop up at Barangaroo, Gin & It by The Barber Shop‘s Mikey Enright and Petr Dvoracek is the place to enjoy a refreshing gin paired with your choice of tonic, a Martini frm the 200+ gin collection or choose from the excellent bottled cocktails menu prepared daily. 3. Belle’s Hot Chicken at Barangaroo

4. Salon at Vine Double Bay
Sip on French-inspired Grey Goose cocktails paired with delicious bites at Salon at Vine in Double Bay and let it transport you to the French Riviera. Running until 31 January 2016, this pop up is not to be missed. More information about Salon at Vine here.
5. The MCA Gin Garden
Head down to the MCA’s Gin garden and enjoy Archie Rose gin and cocktails with harbour views. The pop up bar is open Thursdays toSunday evenings, from 4pm until late and runs until Late February 2016. More information MCA Gin Garden here.
6. Waterman’s Lobster Co. at Bondi
After a day at the beach, head over to Waterman’s Lobster Co at Bondi which has made the former site of Mr Moustache its temporary home. Running for three months until March 2016, feast on the signature lobster rolls, veggie and seafood rolls, as well as a small selection of sides and salads including oysters and kingfish tartare. Takeaway is also available and the venue is licensed.
75-79 Hall St, Bondi Beach. Open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week from 12pm to late.
