The Hill Bar Bondi

The Hill Eatery in Bondi has launched The Hill Bar, located right next door to the restaurant. The venue design was inspired by Florida Keys with a garden bar feel and laid back vibe.

Cocktails are designed to be simple and sessionable with a tropical feel using rum, tequila, gin and the ubiquitous Espresso Martini. The Cargo Chai ($18) uses Cargo Rum with iced chai tea, the Mayan Mule ($17), combining ginger beer and tequila and the Cocomojito makes a fine sundowner ($18).

Staying in line with The Hill Eatery’s ethos of local and sustainable sourced
produce, The Hill Bar offers share plates such as sugar cured kingfish tiradito with ruby grapefruit and jalapeño ($19). Rum is also used in the food menu such as the slow-cooked pork in one of The Hill Bar’s milk bun burgers ($17.50).

With its location on the North Bondi hill with water glimpses, The Hill Bar is a cool and welcoming spot to share a few drinks with friends.
