World’s 50 Best Bars 2014

The World’s 50 Best Bars for 2014 were announced in London with Artesian at the Langham Hotel in London taking out first place for the third year running. New York’s The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog came in second place and at number 3, London’s NightJar.

Australia was represented with Sydney’s Baxter Inn at no 7 followed by Bulletin Place at number 19 and The Everleigh in Melbourne at no 30. Sydney’s Eau de Vie Bar came in at no 31 with Melbourne’s The Black Pearl at 37 and  Shady Pines Saloon  in 48th place.

Voting was done by The Academy with nearly 230 voters from around the world which I was invited to be part of for the second year running. http://www.worlds50bestbars.com/the-academy/index.php
