On taste was the range of cuvées including Champagne Taittinger Brut Reserve, Champagne Taittinger Millesime, Champagne Taittinger Prestige Rosé and Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blanc. The evening saw the official launch of Champagne Taittinger Nocturne NV, a sec style of champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%), aged for a minimum of four years.
