The Morrison Oyster Festival Returns for 2017

Celebrating its 5th anniversary, The Morrison Oyster Festival is back for 2017 running from 1st to 31st August.

The Morrison Oyster Festival

During the month of August, The Morrison is sourcing oysters from over 50 regions around Australia and offering their $1 Oyster Hour everyday throughout the festival.

Indulge in a nip of smoky Talisker whisky or a Red Snapper cocktail with a smoked oyster or a Verdita oyster shooter with Don Julio tequila, flavoured with a herbaceous concoction of pineapple, jalapeno and mint.

Sean Connolly’s favourite oyster dishes are back on the menu and you can enjoy oysters and champagne with a bottle of Piper-Heidsieck.
