Regal Rogue Rosso Vermouth

In our Top 10 Australian Craft Spirits article, we featured Regal Rogue Bianco, an Australian vermouth made with local botanics. Regal Rogue Rosso is his red spiced sibling.

The red vermouth is made with native wattleseed and pepper berry, thyme and a hint of orange with flavours of cocoa nibs, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a fine Australian Semillon with a hint of Shiraz.

Rich red in colour, it has aromas of dried fruit, chocolate and some spice with a sweet citrus finish. Regal Rogue Rosso can be simply enjoyed over ice. We like it in a Rogroni, or a Reverse Negroni made with 40ml RR Rosso, 20ml Gin and 20ml Aperol over ice with a wedge of citrus.

Regal Rogue Rosso is available in 750ml bottles and it is recommended that it be displayed within its wrap. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume it at its best within seven days.

Updated January 2016: Meet the Regal Rogue Vermouth family.
