Piper-Heidsieck Spring Carnival Bar, Bellevue Hotel

The Piper-Heidsieck Spring Carnival Bar launched last night upstairs at the Bellevue Hotel in Paddington in celebration of spring carnival. Located within close proximity to Randwick Racecourse, the pop up bar is an elegant space to sip on champagne and nibble on tasty morsels and fresh spring produce including freshly-shucked oysters.

The Piper-Heidsieck Spring Carnival Bar is also hosting special events for key carnival dates including A Ladies Luncheon on Saturday October 26, from 12.00pm to 3.30pm  including three courses, Piper-Heidsieck champagne, gift bags and pampering stations and Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday November 5, from 12.00pm to 3.30pm including canapés and beverages, including Piper-Heidsieck champagne.

The Piper-Heidsieck Spring Carnival Bar at the Bellevue Hotel runs from October 16 until Melbourne Cup day on Tuesday November 5 2013.
