Opera Bar Café, Sydney

After the relaunch and redesign of the new Opera Bar in 2014, Opera Bar Café is now open serving a selection of breakfast dishes to eat in or take away.

The Opera Bar Café menu includes daily made baked goods such as muffins, croissants and bagels, quinoa Bircher with coconut and berries or fruit salad with sheep’s milk yoghurt, and cacao balls and house made muesli bars.

A range of bagels temps with fillings such as smoked trout and cream cheese or tomato, basil and cream cheese, as well as selection of toast topped with fig, goat’s curd, mint and walnuts or smashed avocado and tomato.

You’ll find cold pressed juices from Cali Press, natural and organic sodas, Single Origin Roasters coffee and loose-leaf teas by Tea by Truly Tea.

If you’re looking for a breakfast by the harbour, the Opera Bar Café is open five days a week from 7am to 12pm, Monday to Friday.
