The canapés menu is designed to share and includes freshly-shucked Sydney Rock Oysters from Merimbula, zucchini flowers with marinated goats curd and Luxe sprouted bread made with quinoa and buckwheat topped with Pepe Saya‘s creme fraiche with horseradish and ocean trout roe.

Tempted? Indulging in the Luxe Spring Fling won’t break the budget. At $30 per person, you get a glass of champagne and three delicious canapés but you have to be quick. The offer runs throughout October every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30PM till 4:30PM.
