Jacob’s Creek Prosecco Spritz

Jacob’s Creek has released a new ready to serve drink, Jacob’s Creek Prosecco Spritz in time for spring.

Jacob's Creek Prosecco Spritz

Giving a new twist to the aperitivo moment, the new sparkling wine is honing in on the growing popularity of Prosecco and aperitivo style drinks with low ABV.

With innovation in mind such as Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel range, Jacob’s Creek Prosecco Spritz (8.5% ABV) is made with crisp Prosecco sparkling wine with an elegant flavour profile of zesty blood oranges, and select botanicals such as cinchona and liquorice root extract to deliver a drink with bitter sweet citrus notes.

On the nose, it has aromas of zesty blood orange with herbaceous notes. The palate delivers balanced bitters and citrus with underlying crispness and vibrancy derived from the Prosecco.

According to the tasting notes, it pairs well with smoked almonds, pasta primavera, pizza blanco, olives, charcuterie, walnut and prosciutto salad or cured salmon.

Best served chilled, over ice with a slice of ruby red grapefruit, Jacob’s Creek Prosecco Spritz is available in 750 ml bottles at a RRP of $19.99.
