Make Your Own Cocktails with the Interactive Cocktail Trolley at Kensington Street Social

Last year, we reported on the return of the cocktail trolley, a cocktail trend making a resurgence in home bars and restaurants. At Kensington Street Social, guests have the opportunity to make their own cocktails from the Interactive Cocktail Trolley as part of their new Social Weekend series.

What began as a Social Sunday has been extended to Saturday along with the launch of a new Interactive Cocktail Trolley. Guests can create their own classic cocktail under the guidance of head bartender, Marco Grande and his team, or work with the bartenders to find a new favourite. The trolley’s ingredients change weekly and guests can choose from a range of spirits, mixers and garnishes.

For those having trouble deciding, the cocktail list includes the Boulevardier (Bulleit Rye, Antica Formula, Campari), Millionaire (Ron Zacapa 23, Sloe Gin, Apricot Brandy, Lime Juice) and Lost in Thyme (Don Julio Blanco, 20ml Lemon Juice, Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Thyme).

Other menu highlights include ‘Prawn Toast’ ceviche with fennel, smoked oyster emulsion and trout caviar, ‘Full English’ flatbread with egg, beans, tomato, bacon and black pudding, and Breakfast Rice with slow cooked hen’s egg, shitake mushroom, pork belly and bacon dashi.
