Hotel Centennial in Woollahra has turned one year old and celebrated the occasion last night with an elegant soiree of cocktails, champagne and canapes in the Scarlett Lounge.
Hotel Centennial Turns One
For the milestone, Hotel Centennial has planned a week of events right up until ANZAC Day. Highlights include The Best of Woollahra Dinner with Executive Chef Justin North, Simon Johnson and Anthony Puharich from Victor Churchill on Wednesday 22 April and Dine with Chefs Justin North and Manu Feildel as they present some of their favourite dishes on Thursday 23 April. Both dinners include matching wines.
To commemorate the ANZAC Day Centenary and inspired by the bond between Australia and New Zealand, Justin North has created a special menu for the day, with proceeds being donated to Legacy, a charity who cares for the families of those who served their country.
