You’ll find a selection such as Firewater Fruit Wine, an orange and chilli fruit wine, best served at room temp, over ice, and matched with tiger prawns and salsa, or dark chocolate. The Elderflower Wine, winner of the silver medal, at the Royal Queensland show in 2011 is made from fresh flowers grown on property. Savoury style, slightly earthy and floral, it is a mellow wine with a long finish best enjoyed with a nutty Swiss cheese.

The Lime Wine is best served icy cold to highlight its fresh, zesty, and crispy characters. The Rose Petal Wine is fermented with grape, oaked, which results in a very aromatic and floral wine with a dry, fruity finish that makes it a good accompaniment to Camembert.

The range of wines available varies depending on availability and seasonality, therefore not all varietals are available all the time.
