Feast at Sheraton on the Park for Chinese New Year

Sydney loves to celebrate Chinese New Year and Sheraton on the Park‘s flagship restaurant, Feast is celebrating the Year of the Horse with a banquet of popular traditional recipes.

Located on the first floor of the luxury CBD hotel adjacent to the Conservatory Bar,  you can literally feast on a smorgasbord of dishes starting with the popular seafood buffet where Sydney rock oysters abound, along with an array of juicy prawns, mussels, smoked salmon, sushi and calamari.

The hot buffet takes on a Chinese cuisine slant with dishes such as Steamed Barramundi with Soy and Ginger and Pork Belly Five spice with Bok Choy. You’ll find it difficult to go past the Wok Bar with overhanging Peking Duck serving the coveted duck pancakes, and a range of traditional dishes which change daily. You’ll find the likes of Fried Sea Bass Fillet with Garlic Soy Sauce, Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Chilli Dipping Sauce, Stir Fry Broccoli with Tofu, Cashew Nuts and Pak Choy to go along with the XO Fried Rice.

Feast’s Chinese New Year menu is available daily until February 9, 2014.
