As someone who has visited hundreds of Sydney venues over the years, I will be offering my take on succeeding as a late night bar and restaurant as well as creating the ultimate experience for customers.

Also speaking at the seminar, Big Poppa’s general manager, Lewis Jaffrey will share his tips for success. A City of Sydney planning manager will offer information on what the City is doing to make it easier for businesses to trade later, and what is needed to open doors to businesses.

Lord Mayor Clover Moore said the event would offer valuable insights for Sydney businesses looking to make inroads into late night trade.

Business 101 seminar, Late Starters – keeping the doors open for night time trade will be held on Wednesday 30 November at Customs House from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The seminar is free, but booking is essential and you can register for the event here.

At the conclusion of the presentations, there will be a networking opportunity so if you are a reader of Gourmantic and/or Cocktails & Bars, please come and introduce yourself at the end of the seminar. I would love the opportunity to meet you.
